Pancreatic cancer is one of the most deadliest cancers that are out in the world. This man is a legend. Although he used to be very tough as a coach, he is now optimisic about his chances. He is a coaching legend in all of the NBA.

As for his wife and children. The doctor will determine which treatment is best for a man his age. He is 78 so they have to be careful of the dosage they give him through either radiation or chemotherarpy or whatever treatment his family thinks is best.

My grandpa is now married a third time. His first wife (my biological grandmother) died when I was two years old of some type of infection. She had a knee operated on in Setpember of 1989 and by New Years Day she was dead. She died Saturday, December 30,1989, they were married Saturday, August 5, 1950.

My grandpa's second wife (Pat) was a very crticial woman, never said anything nice, if she had something to say she said it no matter how much it hurt or upset that particular person and I do not remember her at all. She died Tuesday, February 25,2003 at 12:30 PM Eastern Time. of cancer of the esphogaus. They were married Friday, August 13,1993, they were married nine and a half years.

My grandpa's third wife (Joyce) is very nice, and patient. She also has children of her own (three) they are Larry, JoAnn and Sandor (Sandy for short). Larry lives in San Francisco, JoAnn lives about five miles away from where they live and Sandor lives in New York City. This May will be their third wedding anniversary. They were married in Las Vegas on Monday, May 1,2006.

We just lost a very dear friend to pancreatic cancer, but he knew all along that he was in the good hands of our Lord Jesus Christ. May his peace keep Coach Daly alive in spirit during these rough days.
God Bless
