PONTIAC, Mich. -In an Oct. 8 story about selling the Silverdome stadium, The Associated Press reported erroneously the purpose of an auction deposit. A $250,000 deposit is required to submit a bid and participate in the auction, not to tour the Silverdome, according to Williams & Williams, the Tulsa, Okla.-based company conducting the auction.
