LONDON -American billionaire Robert Kraft says he is only interested in buying a European soccer club if a salary cap is introduced.
Kraft attended a sports summit Friday in London and says he "has looked a some clubs on the continent" and loves the Premier League. But he says he doesn't want to be in a business where "the wallet will determine what kind of players you have."
Kraft, who owns the New England Patriots and New England Revolution, was linked with buying Liverpool before Tom Hicks and George Gillett Jr. took over the Premier League club in 2007.
Kraft also says he wants to see an NFL team in Germany and England.
