BIRMINGHAM, England -New Birmingham owner Carson Yeung has pledged to invest up to $65 million on the squad in the January transfer window.
Yeung was introduced at the Premier League club on Thursday, just over a week after completing his takeover through investment company Grandtop International Holdings.
With Birmingham 14th in the standings, the Hong Kong businessman recognizes the need to provide manager Alex McLeish with money for new players.
