I agree with C & C...the writer does confuse the reader...but check it out; The deceased found in the two burroughs probably led the cops back to the condo, where there was an obvious murder scene....now the report says it was OWNED by Vilma...not that Vilma lived there...Vilma resides in New Orleans...He probably was renting his old place to these fools.
