Toughest Non-Conference Games: at Arizona, Syracuse, at Xavier

ACC Teams Facing Only Once: Clemson, Florida State, Miami, NC State, UNC and Wake Forest.

Toughest Stretch: The end of the season will be a beast. North Carolina, at BC, at Ga Tech, NC State, at Miami, Duke and Maryland before the ACC tournament.

Biggest Game: February 12 vs North Carolina. This will be a matchup of the two defending ACC regular season co-champions. Plus, the lone home game in a four game stretch in a two week period.

Toughest Non-Conference Games: at Indiana, at Vanderbilt, Kansas, at UConn, at Georgia

ACC Teams Facing Only Once: Boston College, Duke, Florida State, Maryland, NC State and UNC.

Toughest Stretch: Tech doesn't have too many hell weeks in their schedule. However, traveling to NC State and Virginia, hosting Maryland, then going to Wake Forest, UConn and Clemson is a pretty ugly time. Having 5 of 6 on the road mostly against teams that will be looking at a tournament bid.

Biggest Game: December 18 vs Kansas. The Jayhawks could be the #1 team in the nation when they come in and will be a big non-con game to see how they will fair in ACC play ... which will be two weeks away.

ACC Teams Facing Only Once: Clemson, Duke, Florida State, Miami, NC State and UNC.

Toughest Stretch: In mid-February, the Hokies go on the road for 3 of 4. The trips? NC State, North Carolina, Maryland.

Biggest Game: February 16 at North Carolina. A revenge game for the Tar Heels and a max-exposure game for Va Tech. The Hokies get a cherry spot on CBS at 1:00pm.

ACC Teams Facing Only Once: Boston College, Duke, Ga Tech, Maryland, Virginia and Virginia Tech.

Toughest Stretch: Right towards the end of the season, the Noles get one of those tough stretch runs. Roadies to Maryland, NC State and UNC ... while hosting Clemson and Boston College.

Biggest Game: January 16 vs Duke. Every year, FSU plays Duke as tough as anyone, especially in Tallahassee. This is their lone meeting and early enough this time where the Noles can turn it into a positive ACC season.

Toughest Non-Conference Games: at Ohio State, at Kentucky, at Rutgers, Davidson [in Charlotte]

ACC Teams Facing Only Once: Ga Tech, Maryland, Miami, Virginia, Va Tech and Wake Forest.

Toughest Stretch: That stretch of non-conference games in late November/early December will toughen up the Heels. They play in the Las Vegas Invitational which could see them face Louisville, a top 10 team, in the finals. Then, they travel to Ohio State, Kentucky, Penn and Rutgers in a row.

Biggest Game: February 6 vs Duke. That game will be huge since it will be the first time these teams have met since the infamous Tyler Hansbrough takedown in last year's regular season finale. It will be interesting to see the hype around that one.

Toughest Non-Conference Games: Illinois, VCU, vs UNC Charlotte [in Charlotte]

ACC Teams Facing Only Once: Clemson, Florida State, Ga Tech, Miami, North Carolina and NC State.

Toughest Stretch: The Terps have a horrid stretch beginning on January 19th that sees them at UNC, Duke, Virginia, at Ga Tech, at BC, NC State and at Duke. That could be a make or break month for Maryland.

Biggest Game: January 27 vs Duke. The Terps would have just played at UNC ... eight days ago ... when this game happens. So Maryland will have over a week to prepare and would really need this game. A loss here [especially if they lose to the Heels] could spiral them into a funk during that wicked part of the schedule.

Toughest Non-Conference Games: Pittsburgh [in New York], Wisconsin, Davidson [in Charlotte]. They play no non-conference games on the opponent's home floor.

ACC Teams Facing Only Once: Boston College, Clemson, Florida State, Ga Tech, Va Tech and Wake Forest.

Toughest Stretch: Dead smack in the middle of the season, the Blue Devils travel to Maryland, host NC State and Miami, go to UNC, and host Boston College and Maryland.

Biggest Game: March 8 vs North Carolina. Last year, the Devils' spiraled out of control at the end of the year. The Duke team that will face Carolina in the finale should be at its peak and really concentrating on a decent postseason run. A win at home against the hated Heels would be a great boost.

Toughest Stretch: In the beginning of February, the Eagles travel to UNC and Clemson, hosts Maryland, then travels to Duke before finishing with NC State. If BC wants to stick in the ACC hunt, this stretch will be key.

Biggest Game: January 5th vs Kansas. Boston College is in a transition year and this contest against the Jawhawks will be their first major test. How they come out of it could be a sign of how this team will perform in the conference.

Toughest Stretch: Towards the end of the season, the Pack go to Maryland and Boston College; hosts Clemson and UNC then travel to Virginia. A week later: Duke.

Biggest Game: January 12 at North Carolina. State thinks they can knock the Heels down a peg and get a chance to prove it right off the bat in their ACC opener. This will be a rabid rivalry game in an effort to get the Wolfpack back into the ACC elite.

Toughest Stretch: In late February, the Tigers play 4 of 5 games on the road with a homer against Miami wedged in there. The roadies? Virginia, UNC, Maryland and Georgia Tech.

Biggest Game: January 19 vs Duke. Clemson feels that they can fight for an ACC title and will remember their rip job in Durham last year.
