UFC 106: Josh Koscheck vs. Anthony Johnson New Co-Main Event

Josh Koscheck and Anthony Johnson have agreed to step in on short notice to fight each other at UFC 106, beefing up a card that became one of the UFC's weakest recent pay-per-view shows when Brock Lesnar pulled out with an illness.

Machida won a unanimous decision over Rua to retain his belt, but even if he had lost the controversial five-round showdown, he would have still earned the same amount as there was no win bonus attached to his bout agreement.

The MMA Hour: Rogers Talks Fedor; Johnson, Sonnen Discuss UFC 104

On this week's jam-packed edition of The MMA Hour, we first spoke to heavyweight Brett Rogers about his showdown against Fedor Emelianenko on Nov. 7. Rogers was his usual confident self, predicting what round and time he'll beat the "The Last Emperor."

Later in the show, we talked to Anthony Johnson about his UFC 104 fight against Yoshiyuki Yoshida. "Rumble," who weighed 17 pounds over the 171-pound weight limit less than a week before the fight will finally get a chance to shine on pay-per-view this Saturday night. Finally, we were also joined by middleweight Chael Sonnen, who faces Yushin Okami on the UFC 104 undercard. Sonnen called Okami a "nuisance" and said a win over the Japanese fighter should put him right back in the mix for the 185-pound title. Watch or listen to the show below.

Is Anthony Johnson Ready to Take Next Step in UFC's Welterweight Division?

Anthony Johnson's climb up the UFC's 170-pound ladder has been a slow but steady one. After competing in the Octagon for two-plus years, most fighters usually receive a shot against a top contender to see if they are ready to fight elite talent. And while "Rumble" has yet to face the best welterweights the UFC has to offer, he will meet perhaps his toughest opponent to date in the form of Yoshiyuki Yoshida at UFC 104 in October.

FanHouse spoke to Johnson about his recent knee injury and fighting Yoshida. Check out the full video interview below.

Jason Williams Auditioning for Magic

Jason Williams may get his wish after all.

Williams, the veteran point guard who sat out last season after announcing his retirement and then changing his mind, has been trying to work his way back into the league this summer.

He worked out for teams earlier this month in Memphis and New York, and Tuesday he worked out for the Magic in Orlando, which is where he has been making his offseason home.
