It's a little early to be reporting injuries, isn't it? Unfortunately, that's exactly what I'll be doing.
According to a report by Darren Urban of the East Valley Tribune, defensive end Bertrand Berry (tricep surgery) and safety Hanik Milligan (knee surgery) both
missed minicamp this weekend. Additionally, rookie tight end Ben Patrick
missed practice with a sore hamstring.
None of the injuries appear to be overly serious. All three players should be good to go long before training camp rolls around.
However, injuries of any kind are always a concern because they spread through a team like a cancer. As a New Yorker, I've seen simple injuries run through a team (Yankees, Giants) and totally destroy them from the inside out.
Here's to a healthy season for the Arizona Cardinals.
