The self-described pro wrestler Minowa submitted the seven-foot-two K-1 fighter Hong-Man Choi despite giving up over 125 pounds and 17 inches in height.

Bob Sapp: Two Fights, Two Days

Bob Sapp, the American football player/kickboxer/mixed martial artist/professional wrestler, has had one of the most bizarre careers of any athlete in history. And he's got another bizarre week ahead of him: On Tuesday he'll fight Sokoudjou in an MMA fight at Dream 11 in Japan, and on Wednesday he'll fight a kickboxing match in Hong Kong.

Forrest Griffin Talks Tito Ortiz Rematch, Pool Tricks and Kenny Powers

When I spoke to Forrest Griffin about his upcoming showdown against Anderson Silva at UFC 101 on Aug. 8, I got the sense that he wanted to talk about anything but that fight. Fine by me. The former UFC light heavyweight champion is one of the most personable and funny fighters in MMA.

Check out our interview below, where Griffin talks about everything from Kenny Powers to what he is looking forward to doing the most come Aug. 9. (Warning: explicit language below)

Jason High Predicts DREAM.10 Semifinal Will End 'Violently'

2009 may end up becoming a tale of two years for Jason High. First, he lost to Jay Hieron via knockout in just 64 seconds in his Affliction and pay-per-view debut in January. The loss marked his first in seven professional MMA fights.

However, High rebounded quickly by defeating Yuya Shirai in the opening round of DREAM's welterweight grand prix in April. On Monday, he faces Andre Galvao in the semifinals, and should he win, he will meet the winner of Hayato Sakurai and Marius Zaromskis in the finals on the same night.

FanHouse spoke to High about competing in the tournament and fighting in Japan. Check out the full interview below.

Lashley Set for September Return

Following his first-round TKO victory over Bob Sapp Saturday night, Bobby Lashley said he would like to fight two more times this year. He wasn't kidding.

FanHouse has learned that the now 4-0 MMA rookie has agreed to fight again for Prize Fight MMA, one of the promoters of last night's "Ultimate Chaos" event, in September. No official date, location or opponent has been agreed upon, but September 26 appears to be likely.

Ultimate Chaos: Bobby Lashley Destroys Bob Sapp

Ultimate Chaos, a strange MMA event built around the massive main event of Bobby Lashley vs. Bob Sapp, turned out to be a fairly dull show that culminated with Lashley destroying Sapp with an easy first-round TKO.

Lashley, the former WWE star, and Sapp, the former Japanese kickboxing star, made for something of a freak show, and neither fighter looked particularly impressive. But Lashley was certainly the better fighter in the cage Saturday night.

Bobby Lashley vs. Bob Sapp Live Blog: Ultimate Chaos Results, Updates

Welcome to the FanHouse live blog for Saturday night's Ultimate Chaos MMA event, where we'll have live round-by-round updates for the whole pay-per-view show, headlined by a main event of Bobby Lashley vs. Bob Sapp.

Undercard fights will include Pedro Rizzo taking on Gilbert Yvel, and Affliction boss Tom Atencio taking some time off from promoting to step into the cage himself, taking on Randy Hedderick.

I'll be tweeting the results for those who follow me on Twitter.

The Ultimate Chaos show begins at 9 PM ET, and the live blog begins below.

Bobby Lashley vs. Bob Sapp Video: Ultimate Chaos, American Freak Show

Bobby Lashley vs. Bob Sapp, as the video above shows, is an MMA fight between two legitimate athletes. Lashley is a big, strong guy who was a good college wrestler, and Sapp is a bigger, stronger guy who was a good college football player. So when I call their fight in the main event of Ultimate Chaos a freak show, it's not meant as an insult.

Bobby Lashley Wins Third MMA Fight in 24 Seconds

A word of advice to Bobby Lashley's future MMA opponents: Better lay off the pro wrestling jokes.

The former World Wrestling Entertainment star improved to 3-0 in his MMA career on Friday night when he submitted Mike Cook via guillotine choke in just 24 seconds at Maximum Fighting Championship 21 in Alberta. It was by far Lashley's most impressive performance as an MMA fighter since turning pro late last year.
