Give the Tennessee Titans some credit. Although they generally sat out free agency despite several vital needs generating plenty of scorn from national NFL writers and FanHouse bloggers like me, the team has figured out how to inexpensively fill holes with some late acquisitions.In desperate need of a wide receiver, the Titans signed Eric Moulds late and he's stepped into the starting lineup. With no established tailback on the roster the Titans re-signed Chris Brown and that worked out quite well last week. To replace Pacman Jones the Titans signed a couple of cheap cornerbacks and drafted Michael Griffin. And just a couple of weeks ago defensive tackle Corey Simon was brought in to help out the run defense.
