Even before Tony Romo became "Starting Dallas Cowboys Quarterback Tony Romo," the man always took time away in the offseason to try and qualify for the Byron Nelson Championship. This year, Romo was in contention to qualify before those nasty golf demons filled his head and forced Romo to finish his last three holes 5-over. Romo shot a 79 at Stonebridge Ranch Country Club to miss out on advancing out of the pre-qualifying for the PGA Tour event in Dallas. As anyone might know from tournament golf, those last few holes can be the toughest.
