Minor League Spotlight is the MLB FanHouse's look into baseball's minor leagues. But you probably figured that out already.

That man in the middle of your screen is Matt LeCroy, formerly a pudgy backstop with the Twins and Nationals and currently a pudgy dance instructor for the bat boys down at Triple-A Rochester.

The video is actually the third of a three-part series -- don't miss out on the first and second clips. Considering they're all less than a minute long, I'm guessing they were filmed by a sneaky teammate with a camera phone -- here's to hoping "Part 4: the shower scene" doesn't hit YouTube next.

You may be more used to seeing him in pinstripes rather than a tuxedo, but that's Yankees pitcher Chien-Ming Wang ("a man unlike any other ...") dancing the tango. Thanks to the investigative minds at Sports by Brooks, we learned that Wang is the official spokesman for the 2009 World Games, which will be held in Kaohsiung, a city in Wang's home country of Taiwan.

I don't know about you, but I'm excited to learn more about the Games and Taiwan, a country that apparently has sports like underwater mermaid swimming and a culture that encourages spontaneous dancing on their shipping docks.
