In an update from a story yesterday, U.S. defender Heath Pearce's move to Turkish club Bursaspor has apparently fallen apart. Pearce wanted to rework the deal before signing it and it didn't leave the club enough time to make adjusts before the transfer window closed. Where this leaves Pearce going forward is anyone's guess. MLS always seems like a fall back for American players, but with the season nearly over and FC Dallas (currently seventh in the Western Conference) getting the first crack to sign him, he'd only get a handful of games before 2009 is over and the reason resumes in March 2010.
