First Chicago Bears team with a franchise quarterback since face masks were invented. A message to non-Bears fans from Bears fans: Don't bring us down. If you want to make fun of us for being a bit overzealous about Jay Cutler, then maybe you should take a gander at the load of crap the Bears have been using at quarterback. From Cade McNown to Moses Moreno to Chad Hutchinson to Peter Tom Willis to ... whatever. You get the point. Let us also remember that having Cutler doesn't necessarily make everyone fantasy gold automatically. The tremors are more real than fantasy.

For the second time in the past four years, the Chicago Bears are the first NFL team to agree to terms with every single one of their draft picks. Defensive tackle Jarron Gilbert -- of YouTube pool-jumping fame -- and wide receiver Juaquin Iglesias have both inked four-year deals with the Monsters of the Midway, according to a Bears press release. Dollar figures were not disclosed.

The task of signing the picks was likely a bit easier on Jerry Angelo and company, considering they didn't have a first- or second-rounder. Still, there have only been 30 draft picks in all of the NFL who have signed, and the Bears have nine of those guys. That's no small feat in efficient negotiating by the front office.

Bears rookie defensive lineman Jarron Gilbert became a YouTube star when the video of him jumping out of a pool was viewed more than 1 million times. But now Redskins rookie wide receiver Keith Eloi has a video making the case that he -- and not Gilbert -- deserves the title of best YouTube jump by an NFL rookie.

When the Bears made one of the biggest offseason splashes by trading for Jay Cutler, they were left without a first-round pick. Many Bears fans would argue this was a blessing in disguise, considering general manager Jerry Angelo's rocky history with first-round picks (David Terrell, Cedric Benson, Rex Grossman, Michael Haynes).

Still, there were more needs than just quarterback on this team for the near future. Would Angelo be able to fill all those holes with a bunch of second-day draft picks?

Jarron Gilbert, a defensive lineman out of San Jose State, is already a YouTube star. The Chicago Bears hope he'll become an NFL star as well.

Gilbert's extraordinary athleticism is reflected in videos of him jumping out of pools and squatting and deadlifting more than 600 pounds. Those videos have been viewed hundreds of thousands of times on YouTube, and you can take a look at both of them after the jump.
