SAN JOSE, Calif. -- Jay Hieron has every reason to be frustrated. After seeing his Affliction fight against Paul Daley get canceled, Hieron was excited to fight Nick Diaz for the Strikeforce welterweight title. Of course, that fight never happened. Still, Hieron had his Showtime debut against Jesse Taylor to look forward to. Only problem was his fight was bumped off the telecast at the last minute.

FanHouse spoke to a clearly disgruntled Hieron about blocking out all the frustrations en route to defeating Taylor on Saturday night and when he plans on fighting next. The full video interview is below.

SAN JOSE, Calif. - It was one of the most anticipated weigh-ins in MMA history, simply because everyone wanted to know if Gina Carano and Cris Cyborg would make weight for their title fight. Thankfully for Strikeforce, they did, as Carano weighed in 143 pounds, while Cyborg tipped the scales at 144.5.

The rest of the main card competitors made weight on their first try, except for Jesse Taylor, who agreed to face Jay Hieron on five days' notice. The controversial cast member on the seventh season of The Ultimate Fighter has agreed to face Jay Hieron on five days' notice on this Saturday's Strikeforce card. The event airs live on Showtime.

"JT Money" is doing his best to erase the memory of his TUF 7 antics, as he's won his last seven fights in a row. SAN JOSE, Calif. - The Fabricio Werdum vs. Mike Kyle heavyweight bout has been bumped up to the Showtime portion of Saturday's Strikeforce telecast. FanHouse learned the news from Kyle on Thursday, and confirmed it with Strikeforce officials.

The fight was originally scheduled to take place on the non-televised portion of the card, but once the Jesse Taylor vs. Jay Hieron fight was changed to a three-round non-title bout, there was enough time to add Werdum vs. Kyle to the main card.
