Exodus Tyson, Mike Tyson's Baby Daughter, Dies in Treadmill Accident

Four-year-old Exodus Tyson, Mike Tyson's daughter, died Tuesday of injuries suffered in a treadmill accident at her home in Phoenix.

CNN reports that Exodus Tyson was pronounced dead at 11:45 AM on Tuesday, a day after she was strangled by a cord connected to the treadmill in her home in Phoenix. Exodus was found on the treadmill by her 7-year-old brother. Their mother attempted to perform CPR, but Exodus had to be placed on life support.

Sgt. Andy Hill of the Phoenix Police Department told CNN,"We believe the child was on the treadmill but it was not running at the time. She might have been playing like it was."

'HouseCast 15: Blackistone on Redskins, Boxing, Obama and More

The FanHouse Podcast: Because bloggers are much sexier on the phone.

Kevin Blackistone -- one of FanHouse's featured columnists -- has far too many accolades for me to mention here. The important thing is that he hit up the 'HouseCast this week to talk about, well, everything. And if that's too general for you, then you have problems. But then fortunately, we're not just bloggers, we're therapists, so here you go: we chat about the Redskins' draft, the problems that owners like Dan Snyder, Al Davis and George Shinn (to name a few) are dealing with right now, Michael Jordan's inability to run a basketball team, Mike Tyson's ear-chomping skills, the Ricky Hatton-Manny Pacquiao fight this weekend in Vegas and Barack Obama's first 100 days. Yes, it's awesome.

Stars Come Out to Honor Mike Tyson

Elie Seckbach, the Embedded Correspondent, brings his exclusive video reporting to FanHouse. Check back regularly for more videos.

Michael StrahanSports icon Mike Tyson has a reputation that precedes him, but things aren't always as they seem. In "Tyson", a brand new tell-all documentary directed by James Toback and produced by Carmelo Anthony, Iron Mike -- who at his prime was the fear of all heavyweights -- opens up and shares some personal stories that no one ever knew about him. We were at the red-carpet premiere in L.A., and caught up with Michael Strahan (who has a funny story about being mistaken for Riddick Bowe), funnyman Tracy Morgan, Idris Elba (a.k.a. "Stringer Bell" from "The Wire"), Sugar Shane Mosley, and, naturally, Tyson as well.

Check out the video after the jump.

Hanging Up the Gloves? De La Hoya Plans Big Announcement

Oscar De La Hoya has announced that he will hold a press conference on Tuesday to discuss his career plans, and although he has declined to be more specific than that, everyone in the boxing world seems to think De La Hoya will make it official that he is retiring.

Mike Tyson on Landing Knockouts and His Relationship With Muhammad Ali

Mike TysonFor the fourth edition of its Fight Night Series, EA Sports has paired two boxing legends together, Muhammad Ali, and the youngest-ever heavyweight champion who would grow up idolizing Ali, "Iron" Mike Tyson.

Before the game hits the shelves this summer, we caught up to the real Mike Tyson to talk about his possible future in boxing, how he sees himself faring against Ali and, believe it or not, why mini-Mike isn't the greatest virtual fighter of all time. At least, not yet.

Mike Tyson Tell-All Book Will Detail His Prison Time

Mike Tyson is quietly meeting with publishers in an effort to shop a tell-all memoir, and the early indications are that the book will focus as much on the three years he spent in prison after he was convicted of rape as it will on his 20-year boxing career.

According to the New York Post, Tyson actually began the process of writing a memoir while he was in prison, and he used his cellmate as his sounding board.

This Just In: Golf Is a Sport

Was Jesus really sent from the Heavens? Was there a second gunman in the Grassy Knoll? Is golf a sport?

These are the questions Americans (or, maybe just me) have to battle daily, defending my favorite game/hobby/sport/good walk to any and all who claim golf is just a good reason to pound a few Miller Lites and get away from the nagging wife.

Here is where my new best friend -- Neil Wolkodoff, director of the Rose Center for Health and Sports Sciences in Denver -- comes in.

See, Neil (can I call you Neil?) decided that since it is the holidays, and you are supposed to give out gifts during this time, that he would vindicate every golfer who has ever uttered the rebuttal, "It is a sport!"

Make With the Funny: A FanHouse Caption Contest Starring a Very Chubby Mike Tyson

Occasionally there are photos in ye olde Getty Images account that have no real story behind them. That, seemingly, makes for a perfect time to bust out a caption contest. So, um, yeah, Make With the Funny.

Mike Tyson is universally regarded as "sane." Oftentimes "bankrupt." And, sometimes, "imprisoned." Most recently though, he had to have been recognized by the folks attending the annual (?) Video Game Awards as "fat as hell".

Yes, that's right. The man you see to your right is indeed not Big Mike from the hit NBC show "Chuck" (thanks for the joke, Wilson). That man is Freaking Iron Mike Tyson. And as if being in the poor house, being clinically insane and tossed in a jail a few times wasn't bad enough, he's now tremendously overweight.

At this point I suppose I could make a "Ohmigod he really did eat Lennox Lewis' children" joke, but I think I'm just going to plug my Nintendo in and have a good cry.

Best caption in the comments for Fat Iron Mike wins a free, autographed Sexy Bloggers of FanHouse 2009 Calendar*.

Props to Butter Team for the heads up.

The 1s

Buffalo (5-3) at New England (5-3): Hey, it's one of those games where both teams are in desperate need of a win to continue their playoff hopes and not totally crap the bed on the season! Good times. Trent Edwards was pitiful last week, an adjective that Matt Cassel is growing fond of. Want to know an interesting stat? Marshawn Lynch hasn't rushed for more than 83 yards in a game this season. I'm fairly certain you can look right at the ground game to understand why the Bills have lost three of their last four. Make that four of their last five.

Pick: New England

In 1987, Mike Tyson Spoke of His Love for Robin Givens, Life as an Eligible Bachelor

EbonyJet.com posts this fascinating video from 1987, in which Mike Tyson is described as "one of the most eligible bachelors in the country" and comes across like a nice, appealing young man:

Discussing Robin Givens, whom he married a year after that interview and divorced one year later, Tyson said, "I love Robin. I love to look at other girls and I like to flirt with other girls, but Robin is my girl, and that's how it is. I would never sleep with another girl because Robin's my girl."

After the jump, watch a video of Givens talking about being a victim of domestic violence.
