This video of Dana White talking about Lyoto Machida is seven months old, but in some ways that makes it more interesting to watch today, because when White was discussing the way both Machida and Rashad Evans fought Tito Ortiz, he had no idea that he'd be promoting a Machida-Evans main event at UFC 98.

Dana White is in New York doing a media tour to promote the release of UFC 2009 Undisputed and Saturday's pay-per-view broadcast of UFC 98, and his video blog was there to document it. The concept of the "grudge match" is such a cliche that it sounds kind of silly to say it at all. And yet as the above video shows, the Matt Serra vs. Matt Hughes fight at UFC 98 is, in the words of Joe Rogan, a real grudge match.

UFC 98 Video Blog: Matt Serra Submits His Urine Test

For professional athletes, submitting to urine tests is a part of life. But while we hear all about the results of the tests when they turn up positive, we don't hear much about the process of the testing. In the above video, Matt Serra, who will fight Matt Hughes at UFC 98, tells us he's been randomly selected, and we see him in the waiting room before his test. Serra also discusses his training, says he's in great shape, and continues his war of words with Hughes. (Warning: Language not safe for work.)
