The UFC has found a new fight for The Ultimate Fighter 9 welterweight runner-up DaMarques Johnson and it will be against Edgar Garcia at UFC 107 on Dec. 12 in Memphis, Tenn.

Garcia confirmed Wednesday evening on his blog that he received a phone call Tuesday about the matchup and on Wednesday received the bout agreement.

Johnson (13-7) out of Jeremy Horn's Elite Performance in Salt Lake City, Utah will be fighting for the first time since his loss to James Wilks in the welterweight final of The Ultimate Fighter 9 season finale in June.

Kenny Florian has been hanging out recently with the TapouT crew on their nationwide tour, but next week he will head to Montreal, QC, to train at the Tristar Gym for his UFC 107 fight against Clay Guida.

FanHouse spoke to Florian on Wednesday about the tour, how he remains neutral while commentating on fights and why he decided to leave Team Sityodtong. The full video is below.

All signs point to Todd Duffee facing Paul Buentello at UFC 107 in December. MMA Junkie first reported the bout over the weekend, and FanHouse has learned that it is close to being finalized.

FanHouse recently spoke to the 23-year-old UFC rookie about his stellar Octagon debut in August, why he was hesitant to fight in the UFC this early in his career and his unique nickname. The full interview is below.

Kenny Florian confirmed Wednesday that his next fight will come against Clay Guida later this year, saying on Twitter that he will step into the Octagon with Guida at UFC 107 on December 12. Florian told me two weeks ago that he expected to fight Guida at UFC 106, but the fight has now been pushed back three weeks.

It's not clear why the UFC decided to move Guida vs. Florian back, but the move makes sense. UFC 106 is already guaranteed to do huge business with Brock Lesnar vs. Shane Carwin in the main event and Tito Ortiz vs. Mark Coleman in the co-main. UFC 107, which recently lost the previously scheduled main event of Rampage Jackson vs. Rashad Evans, is more in need of another bout between popular fighters.

Rashad Evans has yet to be officially informed that his UFC 107 main-event matchup with Quinton "Rampage" Jackson has been scrapped, according to his manager, Jervis Cole.

FanHouse contacted Cole on Saturday to find out whether the ex-UFC light-heavyweight champion had been informed of any change in scheduling. As of yesterday afternoon, he had not.

"Haven't heard anything yet," Cole wrote in a text message to FanHouse. "As far as we know the fight is still on. Until the UFC tells us something different, Rashad Evans starts training in mid-October."

UFC lightweight champion B.J. Penn will defend his title against Diego Sanchez at UFC 107 on Dec. 12 in Memphis, Penn and UFC President Dana White revealed Thursday in a video posted at BJPenn.com.

The fight will serve as the main event on a very strong UFC 107 card that is also expected to feature Rampage Jackson vs. Rashad Evans in a battle of Ultimate Fighter coaches, Frank Mir vs. Cheick Kongo in a heavyweight clash, and Thiago Alves vs. Paulo Thiago in a fight between two Top 10 welterweights (and two Brazilians named Thiago).

Update: MTV is reporting Rampage will not star in the upcoming A-Team movie.

Quinton "Rampage" Jackson has been cast in the B.A. Baracus role made famous by Mr. T in the upcoming film remake of The A-Team, according to a report by UK-newspaper The Sun.

The charismatic former UFC light-heavyweight champion first mentioned the possibility over a year ago, and apparently won the role in the film ahead of other possibilities including rappers 50 Cent and The Game. The movie is currently in pre-production and scheduled for a June 2010 release.
