Last we heard from Anna Rawson, she was waxing historical on an Australian radio station, explaining to the laypeople how far women's professional golf has come in the last quarter-century. Specifically, how the "tour has got so much better with so many young stars and great players," even though "the mentality unfortunately amongst the media and the industry hasn't changed." And to prove her point, Rawson pointed out that the media still "think we're at 25 years ago when the tour was full of, you know, a lot of dykes and unattractive females nobody wanted to watch.'' If only English was Rawson's first language we could've avoided the cultural misunderstanding. Oh, wait.
